LET'S PRAY TOGETHER

Here's an answer to prayer regarding restoring the Youth Chapel so it can be used for groups. Between the offering from Family Camp (around $13K) and excess funds from an insurance claim for wind damage, we have all we need to move forward and get this project knocked out. I am so thankful for the varied ways God supplies our needs! The block mason begins the first week of August!

Never tire of making our requests known to the Father. We are not begging. We are making our heart transparent. God's will be done.

  • Camp Garner Creek (CGC) has a new dining hall in its future, and we are beginning to see how God is going to meet our need.
  • We have $1,020,147 in hand from donations from a variety of sources.
  • We have a $500K pledge that will paid by Spring of 2025.
  • We have loans to complete funding for our construction budget.
  • One of the best things someone can do to get behind this project financially is to join TBAM which will help us make the payment on the mortgage...or donate another $500K. Either works!
  • This means we are ready to begin once the architect finishes up with the plans and gets them approved by the TN state Fire Marshal. Isn't this great news?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

  • Pray for CGC leaders as they continue working with the SBA as a possible way God will meet the need to fund construction and remodeling for the Maintenance Barn, an new staff residence (we lost use of a house in the last flood), the Snack Shack, and Offices. The SBA is difficult to work with due to their requirements. On many occasions, we will find out about a new requirement which makes us back up to the start line again. We are probably still 3-4 months from receiving funding.
  • Summer Camps are wrapping up the first week of August. Pray for the leaders yet to come as they prepare their groups for a supernatural camp experience.

CONTINUE TO PRAY:

  • Access to an excavator with a grapple. This goes a long way to help us deal with the lifecycle of our mature trees and wooded areas. It also is a necessary part of maintaining our creek. We can do A LOT in a few hours. (6-12 days/year)

  • Still need 2 well-maintained golf carts. A side by side would also work.

The floods have always taken out golf carts, and something else always takes priority when it comes to replacing them.

REMINDER:

TBAM giving annually or monthly...

  • You can set up your TBAM giving to autopay annually as one option in your account at Tithe.ly. If you're not set up for auto gifting, remember to mail your check each year. THANKS!
  • Regardless of how you give, TBAM donors are making a big difference paying for the new dining hall. Yes indeed!

.

GOD provides for His purposes in a

       variety of ways.

     It is IMPOSSIBLE

to pin GOD down and say,

                    "This is how it's done."
