How does renting your facility work?





We are a group rental facility. We provide the lodging, meals and meeting place. We don’t have kitchens where groups cook their own meals so groups eat their meals in the dining hall. You get a date for your retreat, work out the specifics (what meal you are beginning with, how many in your group, what type of lodging) and a rental agreement is generated. You sign that agreement and provide a deposit and your event is reserved.

When do we pay for the retreat?

Do you host weddings?


We do not. Weddings and retreats vie for the same dates, so we choose to focus on camps, retreats, and conferences which is our Mission.

What other things do you have to do on the grounds?

We have hiking trails (with conversation or prayer prompt stations), sand volleyball, soccer field, basketball court, a creek to play in, disc golf, lots of outdoor space, and a zipline when available.

What type of lodging do you have?



We have lodge rooms and we have bunkhouses. Some of our bunkhouses we refer to as cabins and are newer, with more private bathrooms. The older bunkhouses we refer to as dorms and they are the typical bunkbeds with community bathrooms.

Why do you need our fi nal number 7-10 days in advance?

Our chef orders food a week in advance and needs to know how much to order to keep costs down.

Can you accommodate for food allergies?



Most definitely! We are a nut-free kitchen and offer gluten-free and dairy-free options. You let us know in advance about food sensitivities and allergies, and it will ready for you when you share meals.

Do you allow pets?

We do not allow pets.

Can we request specific meeting spaces?

Meeting spaces are assigned according to the size of your group. You can request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Will we be sharing a meeting space with other groups?

You will not. Once you are assigned a meeting spacer, it is yours for the entire time you are here. You will be eating in the dining hall with the other groups that are on the grounds at the same time.

Do you need to know in advance if we want a bonfire?

 You do need to reserve bonfire space at one of several available locations.

What if we need more than one meeting space?



There is a possibility of renting a second meeting space if it is available. The best thing you can do is make your reservations early. When you purchase meals and lodging, there is no charge for the first meeting space.

What are your rates?











Our 2026 rates for a 2-night, 5-meal retreat including meeting space are as follows (per person):

  Dorm Lodging - $135.75 per person

  Cabin Lodging - $143.75 per person

  Lodge Rooms:

    Single occupancy: $273.75 per person

    Double occupancy (2 per room): $209.75 per person

    Triple occupancy (3 per room): $187.75 per person

    Quad occupancy (4 per room): $175.75 per person

Of course, we can make custom arrangements for your group, and give you the rate once your details are factored in.
